"The success of yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures

but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships."

– T.K.V. Desikachar

The intention of my offering is to help reduce and ultimately prevent avoidable suffering. It is my hope that through relationship I can pass onto you what has been taught to me, what has helped and what hasn't, so that more of us may live more fully, open and less burdened lives.

I work, with you, on a 1-2-1 basis to offer a safe, tailored and targeted approach to our sessions. Whilst the methods and tools I employ are predominantly informed by the Viniyoga tradition, I may also use various somatic, cognitive and mindfulness-based techniques, in addition to traditional talking therapy in our sessions.

The focus of my experience is in working with anxiety, addictions, depression, self-worth, spirituality, and shame and trauma-based patterning.

However, if you are simply curious about yoga, looking for a different experience or not quite sure what, we can work with that too.

Sessions are held in-person (Dragonfly, South London) and online (Zoom).

Change is possible.

Yoga Therapy offers one way to facilitate the conditions where it can happen.

It works on growing śraddhā.
